Yoga poses practiced with mindful awareness of weight bearing, posture, balance, strength and range of motion are a preventative practice to maintain healthy bones.
This class is for ALL BODIES of ALL AGES. Most people do not get tested for bone health until they are in their 60s. Let's not wait to find out - learn practices NOW to keep your bones strong, resilient and healthy. All bodies benefit from strengthening bones!
This class is safe (and imperative!) for people with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
