Badass Old Lady Training Basics

Location: Yoga Bhoga - Hemlock studio

This 5 week course focuses on all the skills you need for dynamic aging. We will work on building strength, mobility, balance and resilience from the ground up.

Week 1 - Healthy Happy Feet

Week 2 - Strong and Mobile Hips and Legs

Week 3 - Powerful and Capable Shoulders, Arms and Hands

Week 4 - Pull it all together with a Stable Connected Core

Week 5 - Taking the Practice Home

Do not wait to do this when you think you are "old". This is not just for "old ladies" (but it makes a great class title!) - this is for anyone interested in learning how to move well and how to move better as you age. As you age, you don't have to get old...but fair warning with this class...you may become a total badass.

Possible side effects: feeling great, soaring confidence, and feeling good about aging.
