Cultivating a Practice - Day 14 (25 min)

Day 14 is a restorative inversion practice with the pose viparita karani. Ideally you watch the set up video first, one time, so you know the details about setting up and what you are looking for to experience an effective practice.

Props: a wall, a mat, block (or a bolster or 2 blankets), eye covering, yoga strap, possibly a chair (or couch to elevate your legs)

Practice: legs up the wall (6 min), viparita karani (16 min)
