Set Up tutorial for Day 14 - In this video I'm demonstrating the poses for the Day 14 practice and how to use the props to create a variety of supports and modifications you may want/need.
Props needed: a wall, a mat, block, bolster, 2 blankets, eye covering, yoga strap, possibly a chair (or couch to elevate your legs)
