Join us for a Sound Bath accompanying words of wisdom from various spiritual masters. Eryk Olson will join us at the studio to provide a deeply immersive, full body listening experience with the sounds of etheric crystal singing bowls, atmospheric chimes and gongs and the cleansing ocean drum. Audrey will provide yoga props and guidance into deep relaxation, as well as voicing the words of wisdom from Zen master Thich Nhat Hahn's book The Sun My Heart.
