This four week series focuses on yoga practices for maintaining a healthy pelvis. In this series we develop awareness of the bony landmarks of the pelvis and the related muscles in order to stretch and strengthen effectively. Special attention is given to breathing patterns and how this affects pelvic health. Healthy pelvic floor muscles contribute to optimal organ support, continence, and stability and mobility of the hips and torso.

While pelvic floor health applies to all bodies - this course will be specifically for female bodies only.

$80 for the 4 week series. No drop ins.
