You are correct! There IS a lot of content here - over one hundred videos and audio recordings!

So, first, check out this blog post on getting started and building your foundation. There are links to specific videos that are a great introduction for beginners and for anyone unfamiliar with my style of teaching but also for continuing yogis because you never know what goodies you are going to pick up on by going back to some basics.

Also, as you scroll through the library, you'll see that it is organized in sections:

Cultivating Your Home Practice has a series of daily practices that gives you practice with all the common and essential poses. There are fourteen days of practice here providing a well rounded postural practice as well as introduction to breathing and sounding practices and meditation.

Short n Sweet Practices is a series that offers practices under 30 minutes. If you often find yourself not practicing for days at a time because you just don't have time I hope these videos can support you in getting thirty minutes of YOU-time to keep up with your self-care.

Foundations - Beginners begin here! Continuing students refresh here! This is the section I refer to above in my blog post. Classes on the basic standing poses and ways of working with them are here as well as a tutorial on healthy sitting posture and a couple of beginning mindfulness practices. There is a beginning supported inversion class and a guided deep relaxation. You'll also find a variety of classes to get you started on your yoga journey. Be sure to check out the Tutorial section below - another great resource for beginners.

Asana Classes (one hour plus) is a collection of classes similar to the time frame of taking a class in person in the studio. These do not need to be done in any particular order - just explore and have fun!

Asana Practices (less than one hour) is a collection of classes when you have a little less time than needed for a typical studio class. Same as above - you can pick a class that appeals to you for the day regarding topic and timing.

Pranayama practices is a section dedicated to learning yogic breathing practices.

Self Care from the Chair is a section that will appeal to folks who are getting back into movement after periods of being sedentary or recovering from an injury or surgery. These are also great practices for people who need some movement during their work day - for the most part you can get a LOT of movement even while seated in your chair!

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra is a section dedicated to supported deep relaxation. These are such important practices for all of us to maintain a balance in the nervous system between doing and resting.

Meditation is a section devoted to short guided meditations to invite you into the deepest practice of yoga.

Tutorials is a section housing many videos for beginners to explore but all yogis can benefit. We start with learning how to "make" many of your own yoga props with items you have at home. You will also find videos focused on understanding various parts of the body through experiential anatomy and tutorials on how to safely practice.

Play, Explore, Create! is a section with short demonstration videos to inspire you to try out some sequences or play around and explore on your own.

Badass Old Lady Training is a series dedicated to the practices everyone needs for dynamic aging (as opposed to "getting old"). Do this before you get old!

I hope this helps! Please message me directly if you have questions - I'd love to help you get started!
