Yogāsana in the Coronal Plane (63 min)

In this class we explore a number of yoga postures that reside in the coronal or frontal plane - the plane in which we move laterally. We, of course, balance this with movements in the other planes (sagittal and transverse) as well. We also warm up the hips and core with hip circles both standing and supine.
