Wrists, Shoulders, Upper Body Strength OH MY guided practice (33 min)

This is a guided practice based on the class Wrists, Shoulders, Upper Body Strength OH MY! (56 min) in the Asana Classes one hour + section. (OK so it's not quite an hour but close enough!) In this shorter video we practice the sequence without pausing for the detailed instruction and modifications of the longer class. So, it's a good idea to take the full class and then you can practice with me here! Don't turn away because of the half handstand - it's optional and just a short part of the end of the class...but it's fun! All the previous work is preparing you for the day you are ready to bear your full weight with your arms and take those hips up in the air!
