Wrists, Shoulders, Upper Body Strength OH MY! (56 min)

This class starts with warming up the wrists then moving to the shoulders, grounding with standing poses, some core strengthening and touching base with a half handstand at the wall. We then enjoy some spinal flow and wringing out the hips and torso and deep rest!

Props: mat, belt, chair, wall, blocks, and whatever you like (blanket, pillow, bolster) for śavāsana
