Vīrabhadrāsana 3 - Warrior 3 (20 min)

An āsana a day keeps the vrttis away! This series focuses on one asana and some ways to play with the pose to inspire you to build your home practice. This class focuses on virabhadrasana 3 and we play with a variety of ways to explore the pose. This is an excellent practice to learn how to cultivate basic balance for things like walking and climbing stairs and then moving toward challenging balance poses in yoga. Have fun!
