A standing sequence based on the triangle pose - utthita trikonāsana. Included is utthita trikonāsana, parsvottanāsana, parivrtta trikonāsana, virabhadrāsana one. I love this sequence for the full range of attention to the hips - it gives us external rotation, flexion, internal rotation and extension of the hips. I feel very open, free and deliciously wrung out after this practice. Enjoy!
