Supine Spinal Waves and Lunging into Standing Poses (64 min)

Two classes in one! We begin the class on the floor supine and explore various movements to mobilize the spinal column, hips and legs - a 30 minute sequence. If you want to continue - the last 30 minutes is a standing pose sequence from the lunge position.
