Standing Sequence practice from 'I Know You Can Do More...' class (33 min)

This 33 minute practice is an excerpt from the 68 minute class called I Know You Can Do More But Can You Do Less also in the Foundation section giving you an opportunity for a guided practice on a day when you have a little less time. This excerpt does not include the shoulder work and tadasana instruction but it does include the alignment based standing pose details and some practice on the floor. It does end abruptly as I cut out the seated pranayama and savasana at the end. Please be sure to lay down and marinate in savasana at the end of this practice on your own!
