Join me to move through a sequence of standing poses that open up and strengthen the hips and prepare us for the King Pigeon pose! We finish up with a seated breath/sound meditation and deep relaxation. (FYI - I realize that the microphone did not pick up the depth of the nasalized sound - but follow my instructions to sound "ong" in a nasalized form and you will feel the vibration!)
You can link this class with the class Happy Shoulders, Back and Hips Practice (40 min) for a longer practice - do that video first and then this one - that practice ends with downward dog and this practice starts there. I taught these two sequences together in the live classes. Check out Seed poses for Eka pāda rājakapotāsana (8min) for alternatives for learning the King Pigeon pose.
