Standing Balance Flow Sequence (61 min)

To start this class off we explore a practice for bringing awareness of the position of the pelvis to our posture. Then we move onto warming up shoulders and ankles to prepare for a standing pose sequence. In this class you'll get a variety of alignment instruction and ways to support yourself as you learn and become more confident in these poses. To finish the class we work with śalabāsana (locust pose) and some preparations to strengthen extensor tone - a great practice for improving daily posture. Finally we end with seated prānāyāma and OṀ followed by śavāsana. Once you feel confident with this practice please try out Standing Balance Flow to music (26 min). It is this class with minimal instruction and we practice together with music.
