This 30 minute practice is an excerpt from the beginning of a class called Explore Stabilization, Flexion, Rotation. This is a juicy movement practice in itself to get the torso moving in many directions and then getting in hip movement to create a lot of freedom of movement in general for the rest of your day. We start with mindful self connection and end with some weight bearing with the arms!
