We explore this yoga sequence of postures that help us build overall strength and stability in a variety of ways - using sliding and gliding in a playful way to make the work very powerful. If you don't have a smooth, slidey floor to practice on you can make a slider with a paper plate - just put a little square of duct tape on one side for your foot to stick to and the other side will slide on carpet.
