Sink Slides for Hip and Leg Strength (13 min)

I call these "sink slides" because using the kitchen sink as a support is a great way to practice these sliding lunges. Whenever you are at the sink - it can be a little reminder to do a few hip and leg strengthening slides - it's also great for relieving back discomfort from a lot of standing or sitting. This practice builds the strength needed to get down to and up from the floor.
