Shoulder Mobility Progression (44 min)

Mobility is the strength we have within our range of motion. In this video we focus on the movement and strength of the shoulder blades/upper back. We also get some movement in the rib cage which will improve breathing. For our hips we explore a flow of standing poses from a lunge and then we rest in a supported bridge pose with leg variations. We finish up with seated prānāyāma and śavasana.
