Shoulder Mobility practice to music (18 min)

A brief practice to music based on the class Shoulder Mobility Progression (44min). Check out the full length class for additional moves for the shoulders as well as detailed instruction.

Mobility is the strength we have within our range of motion. In this video we focus on the movement and strength of the shoulder blades/upper back. We also get some movement in the rib cage which will improve breathing. For our hips we explore a flow of standing poses from a lunge and then we rest in a supported bridge pose with leg variations.
