Rolling Cobras and Standing Triangles (50 min)

Spiraling, rolling and twisting to hydrate and wring out all our tissues. We playfully sway, twist and roll to find cobra pose then make our way to standing for the powerful pose - utkatasana and extended and revolved triangles. We make our way back to the floor for more swaying and playfully exploring bridge pose - setu bandha. Yes - we finish our practice with integration and relaxation - savasana.
