Power to the Hips (64 min)

In this class we are working on the hips and legs to cultivate and maintain the power we need to balance and get up and down from the Earth with fluidity and strength. We continue with a fun seated exploration of hip mobility and strength and a delicious stretch for those muscles we just worked so hard. If you've got the time, we finish the class with the pranayama practice, bhramari to draw the mind deeper into the lovely energy flow cultivated in the asana practice and finally resting in "stonehenge" savasana
