Hip Rolls - Use it or Lose it! (33 min)

Hip rolls for staying strong and mobile. In this video we start with some shoulder and hip warm ups then learn how to do a hip roll and practice getting up and down from the floor as well as integrating some yoga poses into the mix. I take it nice and slow so you can learn how to properly do this then take it and play!
