Hip Mobility and Standing Sequence (31 min)

Gather up your mat, two blocks, maybe a chair, a blanket or two and join me for a seated practice for hip mobility that will help us maintain the ability to get up and down from the floor with strength and confidence. From there we dive into downward facing dog and move from there to a lunge and a standing pose sequence that will wring you out and enliven your energy!
