Happy Shoulders, Back, Hips Practice (40 min)

This practice is done on the floor supine and prone - though we DO rise up for a moment in Downward Facing Dog. We start with the lower body - loosening up hips legs and some hip strengthening and fluid movement of the hip socket and then to the upper back and shoulders. There are plenty of twisting movements to wring out and juice up the tissues and finally our beloved downward facing dog to feel the connection hands to heels and back again. We finish the class with seated meditation. Namaste, y'all!
