Guided Savasana - 10 min timing with set up (total time 20 min)

Set aside 20 minutes for this practice. There is about 8 minutes for settling in and guided instruction. After 10 minutes there are 3 chimes of the Tibetan singing bowl to draw you back from your state of deep relaxation. Eventually, you may find you don’t need the guided part of the video but like the timing with the singing bowl. In this case, start the video 8 minutes in. 20 minutes a day of deep relaxation has profound benefits for our health and well being. I offer this 10 minute practice in case 20 minutes feels too long or maybe that is the amount of time you have available. Any amount of deep relaxation has great benefit. Daily practice is the key, so set aside whatever amount of time you can and dive in! In this practice we are establishing parasympathetic dominance in the nervous system allowing all the essential functions of the body to be nourished and optimized.
