In this video we expand on the hip and leg strength built in the "Sink Sliders" practice to make our way down to the floor and back up. We move through a progression that you can modify as needed for your skill level. Eventually you will be able to get down to and up from the floor effortlessly - all it takes is consistent practice - work it into your daily functional movement as you clean house, do yard work/gardening, care for/playing with a pet, playing with children or grandchildren and so on.
