Our feet and ankles are our foundation - the entire body is impacted by the health of our feet - both the structural integrity and the potential for movement. Wow! So let's give them a little ... or a whole lotta...TLC. In this class we play with some very juicy ways of moving our feet and ankles then we transition into a multiplanar standing pose sequence (which means we move in all three planes - coronal, sagittal, transverse) and then we take a few moments to simply BE in the STATE of yoga.
