This sequence is inspired by the Waves of Waves (66 min) class in the Asana Classes one hour + section. Here we are exploring initiating movement from the hips and moving into our asana from the hips and belly - from the deep core out to the periphery and back in again. In this video the various movements I am exploring are labeled up on the chalkboard to help you begin to see from where the movement is initiated. Then - it's your turn to play! Get on your mat and find your flowing waves.
