Cultivating a Practice - Day 7 (50 min)

Day 7 is Restorative Day! Props: bolster, 4-5 blankets, 2 blocks, eye covering. Please watch the Day 7 Prep video one time first to see the props, how to make props you don't own and prop alternatives. I also review how to set up each pose so when you use the Day 7 practice video we don't spend a lot of time explaining set up. We just set up, settle in and rest deeply.

Practice: Supta baddhakonasana (supine bound angle pose) 10 min, supported prone twist 5 min each side, supported child pose 5 min, savasana (corpse pose) 5 min.
