On Day 11 - props you will need: a mat, block, a belt, one or more blankets, and supports for sitting and savasana - options are: a chair, meditation cushion, block and blankets, bolster, eye covering.
We practice: sitting and pranayama - ujjayi and viloma pranayama. Happy yoga bugs, hip circles, one leg standing practice, vrksasana (tree pose), natarajasana (dancers pose - modified progression), adhomukha svanasana (downward facing dog) and with one leg up variation, lunge, plank, vasisthasana (side plank) progessed variation, rajakapotasana (king pigeon pose), seated forward bend poses, sitting for a brief seated meditation, and savasana (corpse pose). Reminder - the video ends as we settle into savasana, it is not timed. So you may want to set your own timer or just free style it!
