Counter-pose to Daily Living (29 min)

Learn a great little pose to use to take a break in your day to counteract the flexion of the spinal column we tend to live in for much of the day. In this short class I take you through a progression to gently observe your own body needs and work towards more and more opening into supported extension.

Props needed - 2 blankets, 2 hand towels (or you could use 2 yoga blocks or throw pillows), an eye covering (towel, scarf or eyebag)
