Core Practices - Sliding Bridges, Dogs, Cobras and Planks (71 min)

We begin this class laying down and moving through a series of movements that wake up, wring out and strengthen the hips, legs and core - Yes! all while laying down! Then we explore the range of movement of the hips in standing poses which are also great poses to maintain core strength. We go back to the floor to playfully explore sliding into and out of various poses to cultivate strength. Of course, we settle down at the end of our practice for pranayama and deep rest.
