Class 2 - Relieving Tension in Shoulders and Neck

In this second class of the series we are exploring how we can receive support for our posture, shoulders and neck from the Earth, the feet, the hips and a dynamic, resilient pelvic floor. We look at how to awaken, integrate and wring tension from the core of the body to be available to support the shoulders and arm movement and allow for a relaxed neck. We work with several practices to feel into our current healthy range of motion in the shoulders and provide feedback to the nervous system of relaxation and ease. We finish with practices to bring balance to the hips and open the chest.
