Class 1 - Relieving Tension in Shoulders and Neck

This class builds an awareness of the foundation needed for healthy shoulders and neck. We review the anatomy of the shoulder girdle, rib cage and related supporting structures. We explore postural and movement inquiries to better understand the support needed for the shoulders, neck and head to maintain healthy function.
