Circling from the Belly (63 min)

We begin this class with a mindfulness practice seated in a chair followed by some movement to awaken awareness of the energy of the pelvis and low belly. From this space we do a movement/breath practice. We transition from the chair to standing, cultivating the strength of legs and hips, to downward facing dog to strengthen the core and upper body. We finish the class with a supported twist, backbend and forward bend and śavāsana.
