Another practice on the floor taking advantage of the warm weather to stretch, relax, and keep it cool. We use a yoga strap and blocks to support our exploration.

āsana sequence: śavāsana - lying on the floor taking a baseline, supine swaying twist, setu bandha (bridge) on a block, suptapadangusthāsana hips on a block (one leg up - one leg out), core stabilizing exercise - seed pose for urdhva prasarita padāsana - (upwatrd extended feet pose), setu bandha feet on blocks, dhanurāsana (bow pose) seed pose - knee on block, dhanurāsana, supported suptabadhakonāsana (bound angle pose), śavasāna sandwich - checking back in with the baseline
