This Chakra Mantra meditation is a practice to be used daily to clear and harmonize the bodymind energy. This guided practice begins with a visualization of the energy centers (chakras) flowing from the base of the torso to the crown of the head and introducing the corresponding seed syllables (bija mantras) to be used in the practice. Then we spend five minutes sounding the mantra. This practice can be used as a stand alone practice or as a preparation for further meditation. Five minutes a day is powerful and beneficial. You can work up to as much as 20 minutes a day but any more is unnecessary.
