A beginning meditation practice. Find a regular time to practice for 10 minutes each day - could be first thing in the morning, lunch time just before eating, evening just before bed. You could even practice twice a day! Use this video with headphones or earbuds - it is really for the audio only. Eventually you can practice this on your own, the video is a nice support for guidance and timing.
Set up a comfortable seated support with your hips higher than your knees - this will allow for maximum ease and less fidgeting. Sitting on a meditation cushion or block with blanket on the floor is fine but sitting in a chair is also great. Whichever allows you to sit most comfortably in an upright attentive posture.
