Sanmukhi Mudra is a practice that invites us to draw the attention through the organs of perception inward. This mudra practiced on it's own or with bhramari pranayama is said to calm the brain and nervous system and clear irritation, stress, tension, anger, dizziness, blurred vision, tired or irritated eyes and brain fatigue. It's a welcome respite from looking at computer, phone, tablet and television screens (somehow window screens are not so much a problem).
