Adhomukha Śvānāsana - Downward Facing Dog (25 min)

In this class we look at some key areas of the body to help Downward Facing Dog become a more pleasant and beneficial pose for you. We work on shoulder, toe and ankle flexibility...and apply all this to the Dog.

Hamstrings are a big challenge for many people in this pose - so please check out the hip maintenance video in the Asana practices less than an hour section and the parsvottanasana video in the Foundations sections to work on that.
