A Daily Mindfulness Practice - 5 minute timing

A brief mindfulness practice done daily strengthens your mindfulness muscles. Five minutes may not seem like much but it's doable for most people and therefore we are likely to come back to it day after day. Consistent practice is the key to cultivating mindful presence. A well aligned seated posture is important! Sitting with a slumped posture can contribute to brain fog and inability to stay attentive. A well aligned posture that is poorly supported can require too much of our attention to maintain.
