20 minute Śavāsana set up and guided practice (30 min total)

Śavāsana ~ Deep relaxation 20 minute timing. Set aside 30 minutes for this practice. There is about 8 minutes for settling in and guided instruction. After 20 minutes there are 3 chimes of the Tibetan singing bowl to draw you back from your state of deep relaxation. Eventually, you may find you don’t need the guided part of the video but like the timing with the singing bowl. In this case, start the video 8minutes in. 20 minutes a day of deep relaxation has profound benefits for our health and well being. In this practice we are establishing parasympathetic dominance in the nervous system allowing all the essential functions of the body to be nourished and optimized.
