Week 1 - Badass Balance! We will focus on enlivening our feet and play with various ways to develop, maintain and improve our balance.
Week 2 - Badass Bone Density! We will explore ways to maintain and build badass bone density with low-to-no impact options for everyone.
Week 3 - Badass Core Stability! We will play with various ways to build amazing - badass - core stability to support all your movement.
Week 4 - Badass Mobility! We will play with movement sequences that build on our stability and expand our range of motion.
Week 5 - Badass Posture! We will explore techniques for developing postural awareness and improving the alignment of the upper back, neck and head.
