Dec 1 - Feet First! We will focus on keeping our foundation feeling great, look at how our feet affect our posture, and learn how to find and build excellent balance.
Dec 8 - Strong and Mobile Hips and Legs. We will work with hip strength and flexibility and getting up and down from the floor and play with some ways that the floor itself can help us with our hip flexibility.
Dec 15 - Capable Shoulders, Wrists and Hands. We will learn how posture is affecting our shoulders then warm up shoulders, wrists and hands to explore how to use them in the healthiest way for pushing, weight bearing, gripping and pulling to build strength and flexibility.
Dec 22 - Connected Core. We will learn that the basis for a healthy core is our BREATH and how breath supports our movement for optimal strengthening and resiliency.  We will explore core strengthening movements supported by whole body breathing.
