Dec 22 - Connected Core. We will learn that the basis for a healthy core is our BREATH and how breath supports our movement for optimal strengthening and resiliency. We will explore core strengthening movements supported by whole body breathing. Drop in to Connected Core class.
Jan 5 - Badass Balance! We will focus on enlivening our feet and play with various ways to develop, maintain and improve our balance.
Jan 12 - Badass Bone Density! We will explore ways to maintain and build badass bone density with low-to-no impact options for everyone.
Jan 19 - Badass Core Stability! We will play with various ways to build amazing - badass - core stability to support all your movement.
Jan 26 - Badass Mobility! We will play with movement sequences that build on our stability and expand our range of motion.
