Greetings Yoga Practitioners!

As the summer days heat up - I head for the floor taking advantage of the warmth and it's effect on my muscles and joints. This class is done laying on the floor - we DO work and will feel toned and energized at the end of the class as well as loose and fluid. What a great way to practice your self care and connection on a hot summer day! Join me!
