June is for Fireflies! A class on titibhasana and a practice for when you don't feel like practicing

Happy June friends!

In celebration of summer and June and the arrival of fireflies our class this week focuses on Firefly Pose - Titibhasana. In this class we learn how to prepare the shoulders, hips and torso for this fun and challenging pose. Even if you don't try the pose itself all the prep work will leave you feeling loose, mobile and strong! Give it a try!

In addition I've added a class called The "I don't feel like practicing" Practice. It's a 29 minute class for those days when your energy level is up to laying on the floor and rolling around a bit. It will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
