Hello Friends and yoga enthusiasts,

This week I have posted two new videos created from one class that I taught in the studio this week. I split it into two because it so easily lent itself to this and it gives you a couple of shorter practices to work with. Each class explores a range of delicious movement - one for the lower body and the other for the upper body and each are supported by multiplanar movement of the core leaving us feeling vitalized and refreshed.
