How FLOW can ya go?

Hello Friends! Namo Namah Mitrani!
This week we are playing, exploring and creating! I've recorded a short sweet little video of me flowing through a sequence of postures to inspire you to get on your mat and play!
This flow Padangusthasana to Candrasana (6 min) includes poses from the Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose) variations and the Ardha Candrasana (Half Moon Pose) family as well as others. It is all one leg balancing - to follow up on some of the balancing work we have been exploring lately. It is challenging! You will see that I lose my balance at one point .... and boing....back in the flow. I left that in because ... I did not want to record this over and over again and I also don't want you to think I'm perfect. Ha! So you get the picture that you play, you stumble, you bounce back, you laugh a little and keep playing! All the while cultivating your strength, resilience, sense of play and humor, focus, concentration, confidence and self connection. Be sure to take time to observe the residue of your practice when you finish playing. Ahhhhh you may find yourself at the doorway of meditation.
If you like this but it feels a little out of reach I am linking classes from the library here for you to explore first and then come back to play with this sequence or try out creating one of your own.
From the Asana classes sections:
Half Moon Warrior 3 Tree Play (65 min)
Basic Hip and Shoulder Maintenance (34 min)
Hip Maintenance Part 2 Dynamic! (19 min)
For more support try these from the Foundations section:
Vrksasana - Tree Pose (26 min)
Ardha Candrasana Family - Half Moon and Friends (44 min)
Virabhadrasana 3 - Warrior 3 (20 min)
That's a lot of resources!
Atha - Now go! Explore, Play, Create! and most of all - have fun!
Punar milamah - see you soon,
Audrey
